Reefwise is an independent educational publishing project. We produce and sell digital PDF guides about Singapore's aquarium for informational and educational purposes. We do not sell tickets, facilitate bookings, act as an agent, or represent any official aquarium operator.

Our guides are the independent work of the Reefwise editorial team. They are not official publications of the Singapore Aquarium, S.E.A. Aquarium, Resorts World Sentosa, or any affiliated organisation.

3. Nature of Content

All guides are authored based on research, observation, and publicly available information. While we strive for accuracy, content reflects conditions at the time of writing and may not reflect current exhibits, species, or facilities. Readers should verify operational details directly with the aquarium.

4. Purchases and Refund Policy

Digital PDF guides are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a guide has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with delivery, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and guides are the intellectual property of Reefwise. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell our content without written permission. Guides are licensed for personal use only.

6. Prohibited Uses

Reselling or redistributing our guides to third parties
Using our content for commercial purposes without permission
Misrepresenting our guides as official aquarium publications

7. Disclaimer of Affiliation

This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Singapore Aquarium, S.E.A. Aquarium, Resorts World Sentosa or any official operator.
